The Rising Star Show features WNY student musicians who exemplify talent and passion in the classical and jazz idioms.
The Rising Star Musician Show is modeled after the popular program "From The Top" to give the best young student musicians an opportunity to perform and share their stories to a broad audience in a safe environment.

Teachers from any school or private studio may nominate up to 4 students to participate in this weekly radio broadcast by clicking on the button below.
RULES:
Students must be in grades 7-12
Students must be HIGHLY proficient on an instrument or voice
Students must be willing to go to WEBR AM 1440 radio station to record their interview and performance for a later date
Students must have their own transportation to and from the studio
Genre of music to be performed on the Rising Star Radio Show shall be of the classical, jazz, blues or Broadway variety
